I keep getting phone calls at my place of employment from 605-322-4622. I have asked for them to stop. It has continued.
My place of employment cannot be called. the only number that can be called for me is 605-390-2198. I will call tomorrow 4/16/24 as I have the day off

I have been having my paychecks garnished by Accounts Management for several years. From Oct 17 through Feb 20th, they have taken $444 out each check, which was above the 20% allowed for garnishment. I called several times back in October to ask how they can do this-with no call backs ever. The most recent civil papers I recieved, I wrote them a letter of exemption/hardship as I\'m having medical issues and will soon need time off of work for surgery. I cannot afford them to keep taking such huge amounts from my check. I have a 4 year old also and this garnishment has taken over my life. I again called to let them know I sent the letter and ask what more I need to do, to somehow get this garnishment payments more reasonable, again they will not respond to the calls or my letter.
