Real Reviews From Real Clients

Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to America’s Consumer Lawyer.

I get calls but I can get no information. Lexington Law is dealing with my creditors, but this number doesn't belong to anyone I know.

I have been harassed for forever by debt collectors and student loan type services. About 6 months ago my friend from college (with whom I haven't spoken with in forever) text me letting me know someone had called her demanding to know my whereabouts. She said the woman was hostile and rude, and it really scared her. This past week I have been receiving multiple calls from a 800 333-3169 number leaving no message other than to call him back- my grandmother has alas been receiving these calls from this same number- and was told that they need to know my whereabouts for a signature. I have no idea who these people are- and no clue as to what signature they are speaking of- but I wish they would stop harassing my friends and family- I am paying my student loan debt every month, as well as my mother paying some as well each month- there is no reason to continue to harass me if payments are being made- I also have a federal garnishment on my pay for the past year in which I was informed by coincidence in the middle of a move. MY new house required pay stayments- and to my surprise they have been taking about 100 a week from my pay! I received no letter, no information, no heads up- they have just been taking my money since July 2015- for what reason I do not know. If you can be of any help I would greatly appreciate it.
