I was contacted by delta direct recovery about a 19 year old credit card debt. I don’t recall the debt and they are threatening to sue or garnishy wages. I did not sogn anything or confirm that the debt was mine because to be honest I don’t remember having a credit card with Washington mutual and it is not on my credit report.

I received a call from Marthon legal stating they were going to serve me. I called they wouldn\'t give me any info. Got the company that hired them Delta direct recovery. They will not give me any information unless I give them my SS#. I have no idea what this is about. I have checked the courts and also my credit report. It shows nothing in collection. What do I do?
