I have a lot of debt, I am being sued by Buckles and Buckles- I have recieved 2 scary court documents that I don’t know what to do with or how to get help. I called the robo call that’s been harassing my personal and work number today and they said they don’t have an account with 2 numbers I gave them. I am disabled now and only work part time. I am on Medicaid and food stamps, I hardly have any money to give but this debt is haunting me I have ocd and trauma regarding jail and the police. I wanted to set up a payment plan to give $100/month or something but after being told they don’t have an account with me I am confused. I don’t know if I should reach out to buckles and buckles directly I thought they were lawyers not debt collectors. I don’t know what to do and I need help. I prefer to be communicated via email or text as I struggle to communicate verbally. Thank you.
