Verizon calls everyday and I don't owe them money. They do not know what account is the trigger for the auto collection calls. Maybe a lawsuit will get their attention.
I get this call that I owe Verizon money at least once a day on my cellphone and landline. Even after paying the invoice in full.
I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, EVERYDAY
They continue to call me all the time, won’t stop and its very intrusive when it’s happening all the time.
I paid my verizon bill earlier this month and it cleared with my bank account (I had to pay it twice) because the sell person told me back in December of last that my internet bill would be included with my phone bill I later found out a couple months later that this wasn't the case. And now I am getting phone calls from 888-423-0900 every day now.
Scam billing calls from Verizon. I get calls from 888-423-0900 EVERYDAY! My Verizon account has ZERO Balance.
VZW incorrectly billed me $140 and upon refusing to resolve the matter with me, they have written off the amount and now I keep getting new credit reports of collections firms that keep buying and selling this disputed charge. My GIRLFRIEND just got a new call from a new collections company today (Radius Global Solutions) to her mobile # that is listed on the FTC Do-Not-Call list. I want this to stop and I'd love to sue the crap out of VZW for the ongoing harassment and impacts to my credit over and over as this $140 disputed amount gets sold to new collections firms.

Hi Benjamin. Collection companies do this frequently in an attempt to get you to answer the phone. Do you have an account in arrears with Verizon? Let's chat more about this and see what help I can offer. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Stephanie. It is common for collections agencies to use phone numbers from various places around the country, so it is possible that they are the ones using random area codes. If you don't have an account with Verizon, it is a possibility that they are searching for someone else. Does a friend or family member currently use Verizon? Or, is your phone number a recycled number that could be attached to another customer of theirs? I would be happy to help you get this straightened out. My office can be reached at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Maria. When you are receiving these calls, are they leaving messages or have you talked with them to determine what they are calling you for? If your account is not past due and is in good standing, Verizon Collections shouldn't be contacting you. I can help get to the bottom of this. The initial consultation will be no obligation and we can discuss your case in more detail. I will give you a call or you can reach me at 312-224-4695 at a time that best works for you. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Christine. I imagine that it's beyond frustrating to continue to receive calls over a zero balance. Does the number that is calling you ever leave a message as to what they're attempting to collect on? I would like to discuss this more with you and see what we can do to fix this situation. Please reach out at 312-224-4695 or I will give you a call. Thanks, Mike.

Hi David. I'm sorry to hear that Verizon is not honoring their contract with you. It must be very frustrating, especially having to deal with the continued phone calls. Did Verizon attempt to notify you that they were cancelling your grandfathered service? Have you attempted to discuss this with their loyalty program to find out why they cancelled it and will no longer honor it? I would like to give you some help and will give you a call. Thanks, Mike.
On April 9, 2000, Verizon cut off my DSL after 15 years of grandfathered Dry Loop service. They offered no explanation when I called tech support for repair, and it took several weeks and many hours on hold, to discover that it was not a technical problem, but that they were no longer honoring my grandfathered service.
When they continued to bill my credit card, I called American Express and had any further charges from them blocked, as well as notified Verizon to refund the charges and to stop billing me. They continue to harass me trying to collect on their illegitimate debt, and I have given up trying to respond and blocked their number.
I get calls from 888-423-0900 EVERYDAY! My Verizon account has ZERO Balance.
8884230900 has called 5 times in the last 4 days and 3 of those times was the past 24 hours.
I do not understand this type of phone call, when my account with Verizon is okay
I don't even have a Verizon account, so I don't know why I'm being harassed by them. The call 5-8 times a day and never leave a message. I also get calls from random area codes, which I'm sure is them trying to call me in disguise.
Been getting calls daily from this number.
888-423-0900 Verizon calls numerous times per day every month. Even if we have already paid a bill and the new bill is one day over due. This has occurred on previous months as well. I prefer if you email me. Thank you
Been getting these calls lately almost daily. My bill is on auto pay and i never answer this number. since now i know its prob Verizon calling to try and lock me into the new s10 since im 2 months away from paying off my s8+ cant wait to have a cheaper bill again.
Getting calls at work from 8884230900 which no one says anything..
Its ridiculous how many times a day and numbers verizon calls us from, and our bill is less then ten days late!! How do we stop it.?
