Hi Haley. I cannot guarantee that your information will be safe, however I would be happy to speak with you and see if we can help you to take the necessary steps to protect yourself from a possible issue. I'm sorry that you were the victim of bullying when you were legitimately looking for a program to help you get a home. I'm going to give you a call to discuss this further. You can also contact my office at a time that works best for you. Thanks, Mike

I got a call telling me about rent to own homes. I have been looking around online, but wasn’t expecting a call. The lady was nice and seemed like she was legit to try and get me into a tent to own home then she switched me over to 8006412930 where a guy was supposed to help with my credit throughout this “rent to own home” thing. I believed it enough that I gave my personal info including my ssn. I am just worried something is going to happen. He was very pushy about me paying 15 dollars today even though I explained to him my situation and how I don’t have the finances currently. I almost wanted to cry because he was pushing to the point of telling me to use someone else’s card if I didn’t have the funds. It was really sketchy, but I felt like I didn’t want to just disconnect because I was genuinely interested in the home thing and didn’t want to not be able to get it if I didn’t want to do what he was wanting, but I truly didn’t have the money. He gave me a number to call back on and I keep reading it’s a scam… is my info going to be safe?

Hi Barbara. It sounds like your roommate was looking out for you, which is a good thing! Did Zack set up the recurring deduction, or was it voided when your roommate hung up on him? I would like to get some more details from you about this and then we can decide your best course of action. I will give you a call. Thanks, Mike

They called me from this number because I was on a website for rent to own houses and they tried to get money from me through the phone. I gave them my SSN number unaware that they were scammers.

They call persistently on a daily basis even after I have asked them not to call anymore.

Was looking for a rent to own house, and was transferred to an individual, Zack, who I was told was a credit repair, he started milking me for very personal information, including my Social Security number and personal Debit card information. My house mate became suspicious at the length of the call, and when I was asked for my middle initial on my card, my housemate disconnected the call, after he was told that agent, Zack, said he was setting up a recurring deduction from my card.

I keep getting phone messages on my cell phone from various names but no message for why they are calling telling me to call the number 1-800-641-2930. I have never heard of this company and do not need help filing a claim for mesothelioma since I don't have it. Ido wish that they would quit calling me!
