I called a company I thought was X-Finity only to discover they were Frontier. They had to do a \"soft\" credit check through Experian and found my account was frozen. I took the freeze off of it. Next morning I got a phone call from Jamie at 1-877-312-3812. She had a work order #33682741 to hook my internet up. When I mentioned X-Finity, she told me I was calling Frontier and they were no affiliated with Frontier AT ALL. I then got a call from 800-921-8105, the original man who called me and said he was from X-Finity and I told him he had lied to me about who he was, and who he worked for and I dud not do business with liars. I told him not to call me again and I hung up Have not heard from him since.

Frontier Communications has been robbing me for well over a decade - horrendous customer service and sometimes total fail of overall service. I've paid for internet and phone service for many years, neither of which has ever worked well, and I’ve wasted many hours on the phone with Frontier customer non-service. I'm ready to sue them. My call dropped during an international conversation in 2017, nothing has ever been resolved, yet they keep raising my rates and charging unfair late fees. I’ve tried resolving all issues numerous times, wasting countless hours. I sent at least 40 screenshots of loss of service, Frontier rep singled out ONE screenshot to say it was my fault for trying to download a video – yet their website openly advertises video download speeds. The same rep told me that I’m required to pay my bill even if they’re not providing any services – how is that legal??? I gave my cellphone number when first signing up, as I’d no other number, and a rep called me during the workday when I was in a meeting. I told them to remove my cellphone number from their records numerous times, including in writing; I was told my cellphone was removed, yet they still call me on my cellphone, including today and yesterday . Frontier cancelled my service on 5/31, now they are calling a cellphone number they shouldn’t even have to harass me about paying for services I never received. Have had the same horrendous lack of service with Verizon; if phone companies are going to provide horrendous phone service and require a cellphone to reach me, then they can pay for my cellphone service. Everything I’m typing here is documented. Thank you.

They came and sold “fiber optic” 1gig internet at my doorstep. I never got 1 gig or even close. I did get a lot of viruses and leaked network information . There were at least 2 web interfaces in the router at 2 addressses. I read the source code of the page and it contained my wife’s cell phone number and various anomalies about notification. They couldn’t trade my ONT at the store just my router. I lost my job and was divorced. I moved and I’m not paying the rest of the 2 year contract they didn’t even provide the 1G service.

call, unable to get system up & running properly, down more than it is up. service for frontier horrible, say they will s how up and never do. but they want their $$$$ upfront before issuing credit -

I don't know where to begin; it all started last year.. my internet rates almoust doubled and towards the end they were charging me for three way calling when I don't even have a phone. I called them about thhis and the next month it was back on the bill. Back in October I was having issue with the service andno internet; they kept on resheduling the service call to fix it but I didn't find out that they did until I called and wanted to know why it was't fixed yet..Well I decieded to cancel and move to a different service and that were the issue starts.. when I called they told me they would have to charge a disconnect fee of 9.99 for a service that I wasn't getting anyway, so when the bill came I had extra charges and when they called they said that they would credit but would still have to pay the discoonect fee.. well I did hat and now a get a letter stating that the will take it outside a collection agency and this will hurt my credit.. I have been told twice that everything is taken care of and the account was closed but this isn't going away.. Is there soething I can do?
