This number 877-201-1333 / 844 762- 2875 don’t just just once. If you don’t pick up there is atleast 6-10 back to back calls every day despite the fact I requested to not call my number yet it doesn’t stop. The frustration is beyond anything at this point in time. I can show you the repeated attempts daily.

I receive multiple calls if the payment is not received on the due date regardless if it's a holiday weekend or a delay on there end.

They called 877-201-1333. All spoke broken English (India). They demanded payment after 6 days late Wanted a posted check. I didn't do it. I have been behind on my payment because April caught Co-vid I caught up but now 6 days late. I injured myself and I was out for appx 10days. I just started back to work. I did prearranged for I would call in July 9th I have been with flagship for a few years. I need my car because my son disabled. Thank you

I've made payments, made arrangements, and I still get calls. They call before they review the account. Then when I answer they will hang up or say sorry for the call I did not open the account. I was even told the system automatically makes the call.

Yes i have a vehicle loan with flagship. Due the 19th my paydays dont always coincide with the due date and i get call after call i dont even answer them. I explained the situation to the rep the very first payment and she indicated she would note it. Now i get 5 calls in past 3 days.

We at times have gotten behind on iur payment. We call and notify them of the payment will be made. From day 1 of being late (even with us calling to let them know) we receive from 3 - 6 calls everyday

Flagship. We DO have truck loan and have NEVER missed a payment. Payment is 2 weeks late and I have told them sent them email and talked to someone at the cs number and they said they got our info for payment pending info. They have called four times today and left an email twice. I have told them today to please stop. We are late because my husbands dad has cancer and he had gone to see him and we got 2 weeks late.

I fell behind on my car note so I was able to set up a payment plan to catch up. I was harassed daily over a weeks time by Flagship Credit Acceptance. I later fell behind once again. I was able to send them $1,000 of the $1,214 and set up a payment plan for the remaining $214. I received a phone call 2 days later asking me to pay the $214. I told him I'll be paying on June 10th (9 days) and he tried to pressure me into giving him my credit/debit card information. I told him "No. I'll be calling on the 10th with that information when I pay my bill" His response was quite rude as he said "We'll be waiting for your payment". I've been spoken to like a dog by a couple of different people while dealing with this company. I'm doing my absolute best but unless you have money for them at the time of a call they will treat you like GARBAGE and continue to harass you with MULTIPLE phone calls!

They have screwed me on my finance. I have now traded the car in and it is no longer my concern and they are still calling looking for more money. I am so tired of the harassments and threats!

They call at least 5 times a day. People get behind on bills, but there is no need for you to call 5 times in 1 day, especially if we have talked over the phone. I spoke with a lady yesterday and she stated well you don't sound like you care about the car, and you know you are such and such days behind. Lady I am aware, but you calling and telling me that you will put me down for calling back and making a payment by 9 p.m. is not customer service. I wish I would have remembered her name. They also call from 469-398-4041

Flagship calls me constantly. They even resorted to sending someone to my house with a letter after I made a payment. The rep said it was too late to cancel the request to have a letter hand delivered . I made the payment on the 11th and someone showed up at my house on the following friday. I feel they are harassing me
