Hi Salvador. Many companies are not as forgiving as they could be during this extremely difficult time with the pandemic. This does not mean you have to deal with harassment or fear of repercussions such as legal action. Let's talk more about this when I give you a call. Thanks, Mike

Hi Jacob. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling during this pandemic--so many consumers are. Have you sent a cease and desist letter to Cash Net USA? That is often more effective than a verbal request. If you need help in dealing with this, or any other debt collectors, you can reach me at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike

I was chatting with your chat bot and hit enter prematurely. I was explaining that the phone number I had entered was a fake one and that I preferred to correspond via email because until I knew who I was talking to. I went on to explain that I had done a Google search on a Telephone number that keeps calling me and clicked on the first thing that came up which was your website and the chat bot took over before I had a chance to determine if you were potentially friend or foe. The number I listed on this form is the same number I listed talking to the chat bot and I'll admit I am leaning towards friend. I seem to recall your law firm come up when I have done internet searches on several phone numbers. I got myself in over my head doing payday loans online. I did one, then 2 in the same pay period
and then 3 in the same pay period. I think we I finally just walked away from them all I was getting as many as 8 a pay period which for me is monthly as my only income is SSDI. I was drowning. As soon as my check went in each month it was gone. Thankfully I had another bank account and I called Social Security and told them my checking account had been compromised and I needed my direct deposit switched to my new bank account immediately and they switched it and I just walked away. While there has been some relief my phone rings non-stop. I'm about ready to change my phone number but I've had my number for so long and I like my phone number so I don't want to change it. I live in California and every one if the loans was done online. I've also got issues with defaulting on credit cards from 2018 - 19 that still harass me. I've been turning my credit around and recently got approved for a couple of credit cards although they are sub-prime but I did just get approved for a personal loan through my credit union at 10% which I was ecstatic about considering my approximate 530 credit score. If there is anything you can do to get these people off my back you can email me at
[email protected]. That is my primary email. I've learned to be cautious who I give my information to these days. I've had a recording of "We're sorry. You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again." It doesn't stop people. The keep calling and keep calling. So I hope my gut instinct is right and you are friend or I have just shown my cards to the bad guys.

stop calling our corporate headquarters- it's interfering with our legitimate calls - you will be reported if it doesn't stop
Ive been making payments up u ti the covid19 pandemic and asked of i can move payments or suspend payments and they refused, i had to camcel my debit card just so my acct wouldnt go negative, im still trying to work w them to pay it off but they seem inreasonable w payments esp during this pandemic.
Unlawful loan, I have paid over $5000. For $1200. And still owe $1200.
I acknowledge that my payment was late (due Jan 5). However, I spoke to an agent and advised of mitigating circumstances and went online to schedule a payment for today (Jan 17). I continued receiving auto dialer calls and each time would call back and again advise of the pending payment. I just received another call at 5:23pm.
These calls need to stop.

Cashnet continues to call and suggest that I owe them money from a loan however as I’ve explained to them numerous times I live in Nebraska they are not authorized to provide business in Nebraska, therefore I could not have gotten a loan. I’ve told them before I may have been a victim of identity theft because I cannot get a loan here in Nebraska!
