Hi Mary. Did you have any business with them that they could be calling about? Being on the DNC list isn't a guarantee that you won't be called from companies that you've done business with. Hi Robert. I'm not sure why you're getting phone calls from Spectrum when you're not a customer of theirs and your phone number isn't even in their database. Could it be possible they're looking for someone with the same name as yours? Have you checked your credit report to ensure that you're not the victim of identity theft? You have the right as a consumer to request a debt validation letter from any debt collector or creditor to determine if the debt is legitimate. I can help you with this, give me a call at my office. I recently received a phone call from 1-800-892-4357 on 02-06-1705 hrs. They left no voicemail. I dialed the number back, and it belongs to Spectrum. When I dialed them back, they didn't recognize my telephone number. They have contacted my number off/on since 2018, and when I've gotten the opportunity to speak w/ one of their representatives, they also clarify my phone number isn't in their database; so, why do I keep getting phone calls from them? I don't have a service w/ them!
They haven't stopped calling since October 16th 2020
They constantly call, multiple times a day, everyday. They never stop, constantly pestering me about a new plan or to pay my bill even when it’s not due yet and I’ve never not paid it

Constant calls, at home and at work. Dead air when I answer. A real pain in the #$%. I have a 6 year old grandson who is terminal and every phone calls makes my heart race. Please stop.
yes, 800-892-4357 Time Warner Cable keeps calling. I am on the national do not call registry and continue to get calls from this number, the "IRS" threatening arrest and various other solicitation calls. I would like them to all stop!
I'm a Spectrum customer, I'm on auto pay so comes directly out of my account every month... Never has been a problem with my account.. I receive calls all the time sometimes multiple calls a day. I call them they say my account is fine and have no idea who is calling. I spoke with a supervisor and he told me I would receive no more calls,, that lasted a few days.. now I'm getting them again! It’s not really time Warner. It’s a scam because I called them back and they didn’t call me. When I questioned the original caller they wanted my credit info.

Called and left no message. I turned off my Caller-ID and dialed the number. I got a message which said, “Welcome to Spectrum. This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance”. Several menu options were offered me. I was asked for my account number, etc. I am NOT a Spectrum customer. I did NOT supply any of my personal information. Spectrum does NOT have a cable franchise where I live. I have blocked the number. You should do the same.
I have received a call from this number at least once a day for the past 5 days.
This number calls my home phone at least 2 or 3 times per day along with calling my cell phone daily. It's very annoying as I work from home due to disability plus I home school my 16 year old grandson. We do have Spectrum which started out as Time Warner however our bill is always paid. The Times I've answered the phone when they were calling it was never anything to do with our account they are always trying to sell something.

Got two calls from this number. One 8/1/2018 at 2:42pm and the other 8/30/2018 at 8:42pm. Didn't answer either of them and they never left a message.
800-892-4357 along with other numbers call me multiple times a day they have never said anything. It's just silent!
