Real Reviews From Real Clients

Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to America’s Consumer Lawyer.

I answered the first time and he kept asking if I was Brandon Holmes. I asked who he was and he said his name was Dave. I asked him what the call was about and he asked again if I was Brandon Holmes. I hung up and he called back several more times, which I ignored. Apparently he\'s a debt collector according to Google, not sure what debt I owe.

This person is calling me asking me for a debt we never received work for or went ahead with. It\'s a debt I don\'t consider something we owe.

My father owes a debt for legal services for his divorce proceeding from 6 years ago, and the fees were ultimately referred to National Service Bureau Inc. They somehow obtained my contact information (I assume because the law firm he owes money to knew I was an attorney myself) and now they are calling my law firm and bothering my team to get a hold of me for a debt owed by my father.

I have received a claim from National Service Bureau, which is a insurance subrogation claim for $4800. One of the rental apartment I own in a real estate trust as a trustee. Not individually owned. The tenant has place and air-conditioning in the window and the water from the conditioning make damages to the unit below. Unit below claim with the insurance company and now they’re insurance company in Merrimack insurance trying to collect that claim from me. Since I do not on the unit personally, can they claim against me personally? NSB called my business and my son regarding this. I think it is a violation. NSB has sent me all the invoices and estimates from Adjuster. I can forward that to you. They want to settle before May 30 th. Thank you.

NSB keeps calling my work after being told rather point blank to not call my work line. They are calling about a debt that my name is not even associated with. It is a student loan debt that my legally separated spouse took to attend a trade school. He has been making regular payments to the federal student loan he took but this was through the school itself. They are not reaching out to him but continue to harass me at work on my work line. The phone number they reach out on is 206-629-2301. I live in Washington State.
