I'm just following up. I contacted this firm on Monday and got a call back from a female attorney and I mentioned that someone was claiming he would be out with some documents fior my late mother to sign. We agreed that no one would actually show. I wanted to follow up and just mention that someone did, indeed, actually show up. No further action needed on your part, but I thought it might be information that your firm might want to know going forward with other people who might contact your firm with that same issue. Thank you. Nothing to be done in my case, but it might help someone get the better of one of these clowns in the future!

I have been receiving calls from this number for a good while and I block calls, but things took a change this past week. I received several calls from a man named Tom Foley with regards to my late mother, saying they had legal documents for her to sign. He gave an 833 number to call for information and after two calls saying he would be here this afternoon to serve documents I called the number to get some idea what was going on. I called the number and they are apparently trying to collect on a loan my late mother took out two years ago which is odd since she passed away more than 20 years ago!

Get calls from this company to. But when I attempt to answer, no one is there. Calls from (859) 635-4142 and (760) 849-4216. Very annoying when you attempt to answer to see what they want, but they hang up.
