I had 2 business accounts with them and they had both unfortunately closed due to lack of funding, i had tried to close the accounts down but that did not work out and then charges kept being made and debt was increasing and now they want it back

I deposited a check for $167K from TIAA into my Wells Fargo checking account, the check cleared, I transferred the funds out of Wells Fargo into an investment account, and then shortly afterwards TIAA issued a stop payment causing my Wells Fargo account to be significantly overdrawn. Case is open with TIAA which might require litigation but in the meantime Wells Fargo is threatening collections. Been a customer for 30 years with 830 credit.

I received a check went to my bank wellfargo to cash the check. I asked to have some in cash and the rest deposited into my account. I already had funds of my own in my account. I wake the next day to find my acct in the negative excess of $5,000. I call Wells Fargo they apologize and remove the hood from the check I deposited. Again several hours later the same result my account in the negative for the same amount. I call again and the lady tells me first it has a hold until Monday (now Friday deposited on Thursday) I argue it was already partially cashed and already made available to me earlier that day. Then she says it won’t be available til tues and they can’t lift the hold (even though it was already lifted once that day). I continue to argue my point and after listening she realizes I was correct and lifted the hold. This time I removed the cash from my account and paid my bills. A few hours later I’m getting emails from Wells Fargo saying the check was unauthorized. It was sent from another company and it was a wellsfargo check. It wasn’t anything that was not legitimate. I am not sure why it was said to be unauthorized. I do not want the bank that sent me the check to have to pay for this debt. Wellsfargo should of done something sooner to avoid all the fees and such i occurred. I could of cashed the entire check at the teller but I chose to deposit most of it into my acct to pay bills. If this will fall back on the bank that sent me the check I do not wish to pursue any action. I now am receiving calls emails and letters from wellsfargo for a $5,192.89 debt. They had taken my $652 I had in my acct. denied several payments I had made prior to the check and after the check. They know they are in the wrong. If not they would of charged me overdraft fees and such. The only amount they are claiming is the amount of the check. Is there anything I can do to dispute this. I work hard to fix my credit and now this will harm my credit and keep me from being able to buy a home with financing for my child and I as a single mother who is disabled and has a very limited income

I received a check from a company I thought was legit i deposited the check on 07/30/22 the receipt said the check was on a hold for an adjustment and to not spend the money until all funds hit the account so the first payment came on a Tuesday 08/02/22 of $200 the next day $4900 was suppose to come but when I checked my account 5,300 came first and then at 12am 4,900 hit the account that was all of the funds so I started distributing funds out to my business partners for equipment for my Ice cream truck and then on 08/04/22 at 11:30PM I get a email saying the check was reversed so now my business account is negative 10,687 business is slow now that school has resumed I work full time and now that my account is negative I’m a risk factor in the world trying to get a loan to help cover this problem, I have reported my identity stolen as I have given out my information to fraudulent companies
