a student loan provided by Sallie Mae

I have a student loan provided by Sallie Mae, they provide online bill pay. I paid on November 5, they provide that it takes time to get the money out of your account. I checked my account today and they have the money. My bank account is $69.12 less than what it was and it says Sallie Mae as the company I paid. The problem is, when I log on my account, call in, or talk to anyone in Salile mae, they tell me I am late and want me to pay. This is unacceptable and I am told that it takes a while to take my money. I’m sorry, but they have my money, but keep telling me they do not.
