Have you been dealing with what seems to be endless phone calls and harassment from Eastern Revenue? Learning about Eastern Revenue and what you can do about the harassment are the first steps toward easing your stress.

Eastern Revenue, Inc., is a debt collection agency that was founded in 1989. Eastern Revenue is headquartered in Pennsylvania and serves more than 125 clients. They are located at 998 Old Eagle School Road, Suite 1204, Wayne, PA 19087. Additionally, payment can be sent to P.O. Box 185, Southeastern, PA 19399. According to their website, www.easternrevenue.com, their philosophy is to achieve the “highest return to our clients while maintaining our complaint free record.”

In 2010, Eastern Revenue acquired Financial Recoveries, in order to achieve their results of obtaining the highest collection rate. They claim to be able to do this through their nationwide reach. However, more locations and employees means a bigger risk for non-compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Eastern Revenue has several – of its approximately 23 – employees solely dedicated to the Perkins Loan Program and collecting student loan debt.

According to their website, Eastern Revenue employees have at least 10 years of experience in the collection field. The pride themselves in their use of state of the art computer programs to review and collection accounts in great detail. They also pride themselves in their community involvement, and have a full website section dedicated to making their contributions known to both their clients and consumers.
