Hello, I have been hounded by Accelerated Receivables Management of Jacksonville FL for around the past year and a half or so regarding a bill I allegedly had to a rehab, Metro Atlanta Recovery Residences in 2015. About a year or so ago I started giving ARM $100 debited monthly from my account. In this time I have not gotten any receipts from them or other information as to what my (Alleged) debt remaining is with their client. For all I know ARM is just pocketing my $100 every month. Leaving aside the veracity or lack thereof of the alleged debt, ARM has failed to provide me visibility into how much if at all I have been paying the principle of this alleged debt. Furthermore, about a year ago before I started a monthly $100 debit to them, I could only pay sporadically due to unemployment at the time, and got continual threatening calls from them threatening me with "legal action" (whatever that means, I took it to mean a threatened law suit) if I did not pay money which at the time I could ill afford. I find ARM to be unprofessional and threatening and I believe due to this they are in violation of FDCPA and as a result a case for injunctive relief on this matter may be made!
