In September , I applied to Navient and changed my payment plan from 567 $ to 12 $ due to financial difficulties.. My new payment started October 1st and they took 12$ from my wells fargo account but November 1 st they took 567 $ from my account. There was no enough money and now I own 522 $ to my bank.. I called Sallimea custemer servise on november 2nd , 19 , 28 and december 6.. I got the same answer that they will return my 567$ back to my account in 10 days.. On December 1st they charged from my account which I dont have any but my bank paid with a penalty 12$ to sallimea.. I checked today to write an email to salliemea and I saw that I am past due on my payment for December 1st 563$.. I am confused .. I changed my payment to 12$ , one month they charged me 12$ another month 567 $ and another month they tried to charge both amounts.. i have no money on my account and I couldnt pay my credit cards and I cant deposit money to my account than I wont have any money for food..
