i recieved a call on my cell from a lady named hammond from a unknown number asking me to call 844-787-1674. she then called my work i told her to remove my work number and hung up she called back three more times. i finally called 844-787-1674 and was treated so horribly. when i asked them to send me something in writing i was told there was nothing to send and i would be getting info from a private investigator at my work. i told her to remove my work number and any other number on file besides the one ending in 7123. they are also calling my family members. i was told i am being convicted of fraud so they could not do that.

I purchased a new vehicle from billion Nissan from Sioux falls south Dakota and I live in pine ridge sd. we couldn't register the vehicle because the address and our name were wrong on paperwork when they delivered the car. I had to get 3 extensions on my intransit tags so I could drive vehicle. they came after the vehicle and was going to get us another vehicle but never received a different vehicle. then we found out it was reported as a repossession and getting calls from 800-241-0172 saying we owe $17,000 for the difference when vehicle was sold at auction.

My 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan was repossessed in January 2023. Yes, it was my fault for not making the payments. I did receive a notice stating that my vehicle was going to be auctioned on 3/9. A couple of weeks later I received a letter that it was auctioned on 3/2 - one week earlier than the letter stated. Also, my husband found pics of the van on the auction website and the van had a huge dent and scratch on the lift gate. My husband went to the impound lot to retrieve our belongings and the damage was not present then, so it was incurred between the impound lot and auction site. Now, Ally wants me to pay a $2295 difference, as the van sold at auction for $2295 less then what was owed. HELL NO! They auctioned it one week prior to what the letter stated (and, yes, I still have the letter) and for damages that were not there prior to repossession. The van was in IMMACULATE condition when it was repossessed. Ally did not even give me ANY chance whatsoever for me to make an attempt to recover my van. For this and the damages, I feel that Ally should forgive the $2295 they state is owed.

I keep getting harassing calls almost on a daily basis. I got this 2017 Lincoln MKC from Sunbelt Ford in Albany Georgia. I had the vehicle for 2 years until I lost my job and couldn’t pay anymore so I told them to come get it. Now they’ve sold the vehicle at auction and want me responsible for the car still. The number is 800-241-0172

I purchased a vehicle from ally bank- I went to jail for violating my probation and was told the payments were being made out of my account. The payments were not being paid, so family contacted ally to pay- I made a couple payments over $3,000 worth to keep the vehicle. When I was going to pay the remaining balance to have the vehicle caught up- they told me as I was making the payment, they would not lift the repossession. I owed the money they said but they still wanted the vehicle. This is after I made over $3,000 in payments already to catch up. I said no, I am not paying anymore money for a vehicle that’s going to be repossessed anyways. The car was parked at a storage lot- and ally picked the vehicle up. I never received notice from the tow company, or ally stating my car was even in storage while I was in jail-tha they planned to store it, and sell it. I have contacted the tow company for copies of any notice they sent me- and have heard nothing back. I sent ally a letter asking them for any correspondence required by law that at the time would of been sent to me from them and the storage lot, as well as proof, along with my ledger and transcripts of any correspondence. Now a debt collector is calling me saying j per money. What options do I have?
