avadanian and associates have been harrasing me. they're telling me I owe 2200$\r\n[1/9/2014 6:19:31 PM CST] Faye: We may be able to help you with that. Do you mind explaining the situation in a bit more detail? I worked at a financial services company previously. Apparently a life insurance account I sold 2.5 years before leaving the compaby was cancelled 2 years before leaving the company. However, supposedly they never collected the money 2 years before I left. Now that I've left they're harassing me about it. I mean never collected the commission that was paid to me!

is there a way to find out if the collection practices that have been attempted towards me are legal? i worked and was a shareholder of abusiness.. that is now insolvent.. i happened to sign a personal guarantee for a line of credit we had with a vendor (even though i only had a minority stake in the business) and Avadanian and associates is trying to collect the debt from me and threatens to sue me.. i have copies of the 1 page personal guaranty- and the first time in writing they contacted me asking to collect a debt, and it didnt seem like standard practice for the first time in writing!
