They are suspending my license for missing a payment that i have a voicemail from the agent at Bell giving me permission to miss. I originally started paying them do to not wanting to loose my license but i dont believe ive ever been in an accident in this state that they are refering too. But i didnt have time to investigate originally as i only had days to set up an arrangement to pay before they were going to suspend my license.

Bell Subrogation keeps calling me about an accident that happened 2 months ago they calling my wife because it was her car telling her they are going to suspend her driving privileges they are now calling my family out so state these call are happening like 3 times a day I recently got laid off and can not pay them should I pay them so this all stop or what should I do

MY SON WHO WAS EXCLUDED FROM MY INSURANCE TOOK MY TRUCK WITHOUT PERMISSION AND REARENDED AN OLD JUNK CHEVY CAvilere one year and a half ago now bell is telling me if i dont pay $38000.00 they will get my liscense suspended!

I received a letter in the mail yesterday from Bell Subrogation services. The calls have started yesterday evening. I have had 3 in less than 24 hrs. They are saying that I owe $7014.45 for an accident!

I've been harassed by Bell Corp. They're threatening to have my license suspended and registration privileges. On the 10/21/2017, a driver struck my vehicle as she were turning into walgreens. She willfully admitted before an sworn law enforcement officer that she were speeding in an rush and struck my vehicle. It's all within the police report. The insurance carrier of the individual with whom I had the accident is attempting to recover payments by the carrier, whom are trying to claim that I'm responsible when I'm not their client is the one whom admitted it were her fault. The police officer heard her admit to it that she were speeding in an rush and struck my vehicle. Thank you!

they are trying to make me pay for an accident that happens last year ago, which was my fault BUT i had insurance on my car at that time . i currently don’t have that insurance anymore or the car anymore and they’re threatening me that they will suspend my license if i don’t pay over millions of dollars for the accident, but why didn’t they take that upon my insurance company during the time of the accident instead of waiting to file me an threatening letter and i don’t have the insurance anymore or the car, so i cannot do anything about it and they should’ve have been contact my insurance company when the incident happened instead of waiting . this is not fair to me and i am receiving threat phone calls also from them every day!

Bell Corporation is attempting to collect money from me from an accident I have no Idea what they are talking about. Furthermore, I’m in a chapter 13 bankruptcy program, and I’m not supposed to be having any debt collectors contacting me. I would like to pursue any and all compensation that can be obtained from this unwanted contact. Thanks

I received a subornation letter from Bell LLC and ask me pay for almost $3k for a car accident that I have no idea, nor any of my family members in my house hold was in any accident. The letter even spell my last name wrong. I reported it to my auto insurance company but I have very little confidence they can properly handle it cause they have mishandled our case before and put us in high rate insurance rate for few years now. Bell has called me three times already and my insurance company said Bell did not response to them when they called Bell. I hope you can help me.
