Ceannate has called me, my mother, my step-son, and who knows who else regarding my daughter's student loan. How can I get them to stop harassing our family members? and how do they get these cell numbers??
Hi Lia, I'm sorry to hear you, your mom, and your step-son are being harassing over student loans. I hear stories like your every day. What may have happened, here, is the collection agency skip traced your family members' cell phone numbers and started calling them. Or, if you all are on a family cell phone plan, the collection agency may have found of the cell phone numbers associated with your family account. Let's talk further on the phone. Even if Ceannate did not violate the law, I will help all of you stop the calls. Thanks, Mike.

I’ve been receiving harassment calls from Ceannate Corp. I looked this company up on google, it’s a company that frequently calls students regarding paying off their student loans. They call me at least twice a week and they never leave a voice message. Finally, last week they sent me a letter regarding that I pay off my amount to University of Phoenix. As of last Monday..the third party that I’ve been working with, just paid off my Spring 2019 tuition. The third party works for University of Phoenix. Can you please contact me back, regarding this matter.
