dealing with Navient several student loans

Hi Irene, I’m currently dealing with Navient as the holder of several student loans. They are a nightmare to deal with. Sure, the previous holder of one of my loans was Sallie Mae. I recently graduate from school and my loans were in deferment. Now this old loan holder was attempting to receive payments. I set up payments to debit from my checking account. The first month they took what I agreed to. The next month they took more, I had to close the account. Now the loan belongs to Navient
