I think this DNC list is not as powerful as I thought before. By registering our number to the DNC list, we will know that if someone call our number, then it is an important call. If it's not, we can report the number to the FTC/FCC. However, in these days, phone scammers don't even care about this DNC list, and still attack us with hundreds of calls, and we cannot find them because most of them are calling us from abroad (based on some reports at http://callercenter.com). So I think it's okay to register our number to DNC list, but it is also like doing something that doesn't make any effect. The only thing I hope is just government will do their best to stop those unwanted callers from reaching us.
