- All dogs six months or older must maintain approved rabies vaccinations from licensed veterinarians (Section 7.0 4.070);
- Dog owners are responsible for preventing their dogs from biting, attacking, running at large, or otherwise disturbing the peace (Section 7.0 4.100);
- Dog owners are responsible for preventing their dogs from engaging in any direct or threatening behavior that is aggressive or hostile to another person on any public or private property (Section 7.0 4.100B1).
