said I owe advance cash America, I set uo payments of 34.00 a month to be taken from my bank account. after 1 yr of this I tried to contact them. I finaly found there # on the BBBs website. I told fedelis that they do not have my permission to take any more money from me acct they said ok. about 15 min later I checked my acct and saw that they took 34.00 from my acct. I went to the bank and had to get a new debit card issued to me. but now they are calling wanting me to set up payments again. I told them that I will not give them access to my account. they told me to go get a prepaid debit card and set that up. I told them that I would mail in payments if they would send me a invoice they say they cant do that. the lady was very rude and kept talking over me!

Fidelis collection agency is breaking the fair debt collection policy they are literally calling me every 5 to 10 minutes sometimes I receive more than 15 calls a day from several different numbers all starting with 667 area code I would appreciate any help you can give me
