I am being called over 20 times a day by this company even after asking them to stop calling me and only to communicate in writing. They have called me a dead beat and refused to work with me in any way.I am sick over this and have never been treated like this with a creditor. i know I am a little late but this cannot be lawful and if you could let me know I would very much appreciate it!

Hello as mentioned before continuous harassment and they are now even calling family members who were never even met roomed when purchasing the vehicle we are close to being finish paying as well!

Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, is the biggest annoyance EVER, your 1 day late and they harass you 6 to 9 times a day, I never answer the phone , because even when you do , the say they will mote not to call. B'S they call all damn day, NEVER AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER WALK THAN FINANCE THRU THEM.

Flagship calls me at least 10 times a day. Sometimes back to back. Yes I am late on my payment but that doesn't warrant the calls.

Getting 5 to 7 calls a day. As I am writing this, I am 6 days late, although my vehicle has been in the shop since August for a recall...Kia. They use several different numbers to disguise themselves. They may leave a message but most of the time, not.

Flagship bought my account in April or May , it took a while for me to find out , I admit I lost my job and gotten a couple months behind with previous lender Blinker when flagship bout it out the letter stated it was a normal occurrence and same deal still stood, in no time I was receiving multiple calls a day and threatening letters to repo my car, they wanted me to pay $330 right then not to charge off the account I agreed then they refused said I had to pay full 375, and they already had the order to repo , I go online a couple days later when I have the full amount and it was requesting $330 , I paid the full amount got more threatening letters then my account states I owe $50 , I pay that , they still took my car . Letters though they just got my account states “ they’ve been very patient with me for several months “

Hello, I am getting calls and emails from Flagship even though I have sent two emails letting them know when I will make my payment. Their online payment system will not take advance payments and they also tack on late payments that are later rolled back into the loan on the next cycle. I also had them come to my house and leave a letter on my door. I will be caught up on my payments next week so hopefully the calls will stop then.

Even after telling flagship of the date we're gonna make a payment they continue to call day in and day out until that payment is made they've gone so far as to call family members even in other States to get ahold of us

I am having trouble with a finance company. Flagship credit acceptance calls me and my wife regularly at least 4 to 8 times a day each. My father in law co signed with me for the auto loan and he passed away last October. I gave flagship on 3 different occasions email notification with mailing in a copy of the death certificate and still every time they call they ask for Frank Coleman, my father in law. The tip of the iceberg is they said they are willing to work with you during this pandemic by giving you extensions that you already are allowed to use. I am a disabled veteran/truck driver I'm paying 14.5%apr on this vehicle. I've done ruined my back and my knees making sure that flagship gets there money but out of 4 years straight now with paying $291.71 you think I should be done paying for the loan. I believe I'm being railroaded and tricked by these people and I am asking you if there is something that can be done. Now flagships last week was supposed to take a payment from my account and never did. They called me to arrange for another payment and they did for this Thursday August 7th 2020 , but I just got a call from a lady who works for flagship and they have no evidence of any payment arrangement. This has happened before and always the representative ask for another payment arrangement. Flagship CA has been harassing me for years but most recently they have been calling me at least 3 times a day at all hours and when I try to get to the bottom of why they are calling, they refuse to give me any information cause I AM NOT ON THE ACCTA is what I was told. Why do they continue to harass me if they can't give me any damn information on the acct?!? I have tried numerous times to speak to someone but when you call the number that they leave, they keep hanging up cause they can't find my info cause I don't have an acct. I am sick and tired of the incessant phone calls.

Calling constantly ! 6 days late. I spoke to a rep, on my first day late. I told them I would make the payment within 2 weeks. I am getting several calls a day. I will answer and the hang up.. I call the number back and yes it is flagship.. I tell them the plan to pay all over again...THIS IS HAPPENING SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. RIDICULOUS

I hsve been trying for two months to mske a payment. Their system keeps cancellinv my payments. I email them constantly and was even told late fees would be stopped. Still late fees and still wont accept my payments. Whem i call im on hold for hours and end up eituer my phone dying or getting hing up before i get an agent.

I owe them,yes I'm behind. Heart attacks covid all have made it a trying time. The phone calls are relentless. They have went as far as calling my landlords sons phone. He has down syndrome. I never gave them my landlords or his number. I have had the same issue as others payments not going through. Then of course im late .penalties Occur im upside down now in this vehicle. Flagship is brutal.

Hi Jessica. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your husband, you have my condolences. Were you a co-signer or joint account holder on this vehicle? What state do you live in? There are special circumstances regarding the passing of a loved on and who is responsible for the debt. However, debt collectors are not permitted to harass you over this debt under the FDCPA. Hi Alan. If you're receiving excessive phone calls and they're continuing to call you after you've informed them not to, they could be in violation of the law. Hello. My mother passed June 25th 2021. I've been getting all of her finances in order these past 2 months. My mother was the type to never pay late on anything and I paid her car note late in June because I didn't know it was due it was due June 25th the day she died. I called them to see what I could do and make payments because a week before that she was proud she only had a year left on her car note. I thought maybe I would get a loan from my bank and pay them off but I looked up her account to make a payment and it says she owes way more than what my calculations of when she first bought the car, her bank statements and her car statements say. I told them she had died. Now they seem to have added a year of payments. They said I need a power of attorney which I do not have. What can I do?

I need help getting a title back from a car company so I can sell the car and give them their money. I also want the bad remark taken off of my credit report. Flagship calls me several times per day. I have a compulsive disorder and was roped into a predatory loan with payments of over 800 a month. I told them I was laid off in January and working to pay them what I can. They call between 6am an 10pm daily and have for months. One of their reps even told me to call 911 after I explained that I was in a very dark place due to homelessness. Then proceeded to ask me if I knew anyone to borrow money from. They are still calling every few hours. I\'ve had to move to a docent state and am currently living in a tent. They continue to call several times a day. Please call after 11a PST
