getting in contact with Sallie Mae

This is still showing up on my credit report history, but it has been settled. I have tried getting in contact with Sallie Mae, but never could get in contact with anyone. When contacting them, I remain on hold for long periods of time, and then get disconnected. There wasn’t really any good choices for the primary nature of the complaint
