On 11/30/12–I authorized Sallie Mae to process one loan payment of $198.00 from my checking account. On 12/7/12 – I checked my bank account and found out my account was overdrawn. I contact my bank to find out why..I was told that Sallie Mae took two payments of $198.00 on 12/3/12. The bank charged me 70.00 overdraft fee. I immediately telephoned Sallie Mae. The Rep. looked at the record and agreed it was done twice on the same instance and said I would get my money in 48 hours with the overdraft fee after I fax the bank statement to their company. Well I did fax it and four days later, I called and they said again Yes I should of gotten the money..I never got the money. I called again on 12-28-12 and was told By a supervisor that they only refunded me the 70.00 overdraft fee and cannot refund the second $198.00 because that would make me accoundtoverdue for January 1st payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JANUARY 1ST IS NOT EVEN HERE YET! ARRRRGGGHHHHH!!! How the HELL can a company make a mistake and then say that they will not correct their mistake because of a next payment that will be due!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! IF SALLAE MAY MAKES A MISTAKES THEY SHOULD OWN UP TO THEIR ERROR!!!!
