I have spoke with Sallie Mae

I have spoke with Sallie Mae and let them know that since my move to Hawaii was for work that I would pay my payments as soon as I could. I am 40 days past due and they continue to call me at 3am, even though I have told them that they have my new Hawaii address and they are calling me illegally at the wrong hours. The representative said that they didn’t care about my new address in Hawaii and that they go by my phone number to call. I told them that even though my phone number is a Missouri number AGAIN they have my new mailing address in Hawaii. That it is not feasible for me to change my cell phone to a Hawaii number since all of my contacts in the last 7 years have had my Missouri number. The representative again said that they will keep calling me and didn’t care about the change of address but again by my missouri phone number. I told her they are violating FTC laws!! They are continuing to call me at 3am!!
