I was offered by an agent of Sallie Mae a $65 off the first purchase of a Mastercard. So, I bought one but was only promised to send the receipt within 2-3 days. Three days later, my purchase was still pending and no check was issued. It took me over 60 days and a bunch of follow-up calls to supervisors and managers to get a refund. It’s my worst experience and, definitely, the last transaction with this agency.
