- You fail to pay your premium at the due date;
- You’re found to have secured your policy using fraudulent information;
- You or anyone covered by the policy have breached provisions of the policy;
- Anyone covered in the policy has made a false claim or has helped anyone make a false claim; and/or,
- You’ve failed to notify your insurer about auto accidents and moving traffic violations in the last 36 months if required in the application.
- Has had their driver’s license suspended or revoked in the last 12 months;
- Has had epileptic or heart attack episodes but cannot produce a physician’s certificate to evince their unqualified ability to use a motor vehicle safely;
- Has had a criminal or traffic record, an accident record, or physical or mental condition that might endanger public safety when operating a vehicle.
