- You or anyone living in your household or customarily using your vehicle has been addicted to narcotics or other drugs; and
- You or anyone living in your household or customarily using your vehicle has been convicted or forfeited bail for:
- Any felony;
- Driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs or alcohol;
- Criminal negligence leading to death, homicide, or assault of occurring out of the use of the vehicle;
- Intoxicated while in or about to use the vehicle or having it in custody;
- Fleeing the scene of an accident without reporting the incident, theft, or any unlawful seizing of the vehicle; and
- Making false statements while applying for an operator or chauffeur’s license.
