Major problems with Lending Club. I was a victim of ID theft, it\'s proven yet they put a late payment on my credit report and rejected my ID theft report and law under the FRCA about reporting information due to ID theft. My whole identity was hacked from a google chrome trojan virus with my bank accounts and passwords being repeatedly accessed and and compromised causing my autopay to fail. They promise on their website to make every effort to contact you if there is a problem with your account yet they were sending statements to an address over a year old. They claimed they called me over 50 times but I have not one phone call from them. I have a whole bunch of lies that can be proven as such that they wrote the BBB. Then after ruining my credit and after I had both told them on the phone and written to them about my ID theft and being assured they would update my bank account and auto payment information they didn\'t do it! They went and did an EFT on my old closed bank account yet again. They then proceeded to charge me numerous fees yet again for this, all for their mistakes and lies. I believe they are doing this deliberately and they make their website one mess of confusion in trying to access or update any information about your account. I can prove their lies about communication, they did an unauthorized electronic transfer to a closed account and charged me through the roof for it and they ignored my ID theft evidence. I am not struggling to pay their bill yet they are ruining my credit and looking for ways to finance charge me to death. They are doing the same thing again as in their recent lawsuit.
