They have my defaulted student loan, and keep calling my cell and work phone and harassing me and threatening to take it the next step further. I asked for a deferment cause I can't pay it. I had to help my mom and after she died, I can barely keep my head above water. I am 60 years old and I need help. The loan is not for the amount they say I owe. I was making payments on it years ago after I got out of beauty school about 3,500 dollars and the sold my loan and never told me and they didn't apply the money I paid them to the new one they sold it to. What can I do
