Navient sue me for a loan they claim

Navient sue me for a loan they claim I took from this company. They took me to court in which the court passed the Judgement in my favor. I faxed ,email and did return receipt via USPS and they will not acknoldge my request to stop repot this loan to the 3 major credit baure. I spoke to supervisor,manages and the coperate office and no one can get this issue resolve. I am in contract to purchase in buying a home and got denied from the bank due to this loan on my credit report. I have all document to show from the court .
