“For the last six months, I have been faithful with my monthly payments to Sallie Mae online. I just noticed that I would always find difficulty in logging in and I would always have to reset my password. Everytime I make my payment, they would give a confirmation number.

I called Sallie Mae last week to make my monthly payment and logged in to their new company called Navient. I was shocked upon seeing that I had a balance of $350 due to 2 months worth of unpaid dues. I found out too that all my payments had been reversed, thus my payments were never deducted. I called Navient to inform them that my bank has never rejected any of my payments. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I know it was a mistake on their system. The agent came back to inform there was no available supervisor. In the meantime, my credit report is showing I have defaulted on my payments due to some error on their system.”
