They keep calling me asking for a Cynthia D. They've been calling for months now so I tried calling the number they provided to get it straightened out but every time I do it's either busy or hangs up on me!

I am looking into how i can get this company to remove a paid collection from my credit report. There was a dental bill from 2016 that this company acquired. I never received any letters from the original collector and then this company called me about this. I paid in full in June 2017 as soon as I received this information. This is showing on my credit report wit the date i paid the collection (June 2017) instead of the date of the original account and tgey refuse to remove it from the credit report!
