7 year old second mortgage last serviced by GMAC, lost home in an attempted short sale, had 3 written offers on the table, GMAC never got back to my realtor, subsequently GMAC wrote the debt off, now RTR resurrected the debt and has been reporting it as current., listed on my credit report as open account 120 days late balance owing of 10,700+ and a monthly payment of 130.00, I was told they are violating the fair credit reporting laws and I can sue them. Is this true, Are you interested in representing me?? I will be home on 3/16/2014 please email me. Thankyou for your time. William D Lauer II.

I'm dealing with a very, very similar situation as described above. RTR is reporting me as late on a 1300/month payment with a due balance of 58,000. It's ruining my credit and they won't remove it. Can I sue them?

I just wish the phone calls would stop from Real Time Resolutions. They just called but they haven't violated the law in the sense of the time on the phone calls. The debt is regarding a 2nd mortgage. It has been written off according to the credit bureaus but this happened back in 2011. They call 3 to 5 times a week. I never answer though because I recognize their number. I don't think so. The debt is around $70,000 and the house was foreclosed back in November of 2011!

i have questions about an old second mortgage real time resolutions is calling me about and how they are reporting it on my credit report. 7+ years ago I tried to sell my house in a short sale, GMAC held the second, I had 3 written offers on the house but GMAC never got back to me to say yes or no, subsequently I lost the property, GMAC wrote the debt off as stated on my credit report, NOW, real time resolutions has been trying to collect on a 10700.00 amount, the problem is I was trying to buy a new home and teatime has the account listed as a current mortgage with a 10700.00 balance, 120 days late with a 130/month payment. every month they report this. Well this may sound fake but its not, I am in saudi arabia working until the 16th, then I will be home, my number is 530 605 4179, I will be home then is that OK!

In 2009 I foreclosed on a house. It was a balloon mortgage. The one majority loan was foreclosed on. The smaller mortgage I guess was not. I think I have a similar problem to a lot of people on here. They now send me a 1099-C. I need help. Any assistance would be appreciated. I tried to settle with them before, but they would never work with me. I'm lost.

I have a 700,000.00 second by Real Time Resolutions. They took it over some 13 years ago from a bank that went under. They occasionally call, occasionally send me statements. They never ask for monthy payments. Now , they increased the amount to $740,000.00 and want payment or they will start foreclosure.

Had a second for 27k I was paying on in 2007 and then the lender just went out of business. My payments kept coming back to me and it took me 6 months to realize this company went out of business. No company came to take up the loan. Real Time Resolutions came out of nowhere claiming over 3 times that amount. I got them off of my credit report by challenging them a few years ago but now they decided to put a lien on my house asking for foreclosure saying anyone could pick the debt up. This is a rental and used to live in and poured a lot of sweat into. I had unpaid rent during Covid and lots of damage to my house I just spent over a year getting it back in shape losing income and putting out a lot of money. Then Real Times tries to profit off of my hard work that costs me tens of thousands of dollars. I hired a local lawyer that seems more interested in charging me for actually taking the time to explain things to him. He seems like he’s out of his league and doesn’t understand what’s happening. He just wants to charge me.

RTR keeps foreclosing my property and I have paid them more than $10,000. I am afraid of losing my condo and ending up on the street. They want me to sign a waiver stipulating I will never sue them. I refuse to sign this waiver. They keep changing the total I owe them. It started at $60,000 and now they want $90,000! I received an email from them saying I am delinquent with my mortgage. I am afraid they will foreclose on me soon. Please I need your help as soon as possible. My son also was so stressed about RTR and our condo he was involved in a near fatal car accident where he was run over by a speeding car. He is also afraid of what RTR will do to us. We are so anxious and upset at how this company has made us pay them and how they continue to use foreclosure to induce us to keep paying them whatever they want. Please help us stop them from foreclosing on us and help us fight them to leave us alone forever more. Thank you and God bless.
