received fiancial aid thru Navient

I had received fiancial aid thru Navient. I had made payments to Sallie Mae, recently (last couple years) I consolidated my students loans and Sallie Mae sent the company the full amount without the payments deducted. I have tried and tried to get this resolved. I am now in a situation where I’m paying a much higher amount, along with interest on a much higher amount. I’ve sent Sallie Mae several different forms of documentation and each time I call they send me to someone else and I can get nothing resolved. I really don’t even care for additional interest payments from them, but only to get my current student loan at the consolidated company (Direct Federal Loans) fixed.
