Who is Regional Acceptance Corp?

Regional Acceptance Corp is an auto finance company and original creditor headquartered in Greenville, North Carolina. Founded in 1978, this agency is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Regional Acceptance Corp is an affiliate of “BB&T,” one of the nation’s biggest financial services holding companies, and maintains four customer service centers and over 30 regional business centers in 41 states.

Regional Acceptance Corp’s Address, Phone Number, and Contact Information

Regional Acceptance Corp is located at 1424 E. Fire Tower Rd., Greenville, NC 27858. The customer service telephone number is 866-644-7687 and the main website is www.regionalacceptance.com/

Phone Numbers Used by Regional Acceptance Corp

Like many creditors, Regional Acceptance Corp may use many different phone numbers to contact debtors. Here are additional numbers Regional Acceptance Corp may be calling you from:

Regional Acceptance Corp Lawsuits

If you want to know just how unhappy consumers are with Regional Acceptance Corp, take a look at the number of complaints consumers have made online. Nowadays, most original creditors, credit card companies, etc. have arbitration clauses, which means that if you have a complaint against that company, you must file your claim in arbitration. Arbitration limits discovery, is not public, has a limited appellate process, and, most importantly, is funded primarily by banks and big businesses. While it can be difficult to get a fair chance in arbitration, the good news is we have filed hundreds of credit harassment cases in arbitration, and we know how to aggressively fight these cases against the big banks and businesses even when arbitration is necessary.

Regional Acceptance Corp Complaints

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) protects you from robocalls, which are those annoying, automated, recorded calls that computers make all day long. You can tell it’s a robocall because either no one responds on the other end of the line, or there is a delay when you pick up the phone before a live person responds. You can receive $500 per call if Regional Acceptance Corp violates the TCPA. Have you received a message from this agency that sounds pre-recorded or cut-off at the beginning or end? These are tell-tale signs that the message is pre-recorded, and if you have these messages on your cell phone, you may have a TCPA case against the agency.

The Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) protects electronic payments that are deducted from bank accounts. If Regional Acceptance Corp took unauthorized deductions from your bank account, you may have an EFTA claim against the agency. Regional Acceptance Corp, like most collection agencies, wants to set up recurring payments from consumers; imagine how much money it can earn if hundreds, even thousands, of consumers electronically pay them $50 – $100 or more per month. If you agreed to this type of reoccurring payment, the agency must follow certain steps to comply with the EFTA. Did Regional Acceptance Corp continue to take electronic payments after you told them to stop? Did they take more money from your checking account than you agreed to?  If so, we can discuss your rights and a potential case under the EFTA.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) works to ensure that no information reported to your credit report is false. In essence, it gives you the right to dispute those inaccuracies that you find on your credit report. We’ve handled many cases in which a debt collection agency reported debt on a consumer’s credit report to obtain leverage over the consumer. If Regional Acceptance Corp is on your credit report, they may tell you that they’ll remove the debt from your credit report if you pay it; this is commonly known as “pay for delete.” If the original creditor is on your report rather than the debt collector, and you pay off the debt, both entities should accurately report this on your credit report.

Several states also have laws to provide their citizens an additional layer of protection. For example, if you live in California, Florida, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Wisconsin, you may be able to add a state-law claim to your federal law claim above. North Carolina, for example, has one of the most consumer-friendly statutes in the country: if you live in NC and are harassed over a debt, you may receive $500 – $4,000 in damages per violation. We work with a local counsel in NC and our NC clients have received some great results in debt collection harassment cases. If you live in North Carolina and are being harassed by a debt collector, you have the leverage to obtain a great settlement.

How do we Use the Law to Help You?

We will use state and federal laws to immediately stop Regional Acceptance Corp’s debt collection. We will send a cease-and-desist letter to stop the harassment today, and if Regional Acceptance Corp violates the FDCPA, EFTA, FCRA, or any state law, you may be entitled to money damages. For example, under the FDCPA, you may receive up to $1,000 in damages plus actual damages. The FDCPA also has a fee-shift provision, which means the debt collector will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs. If you have a TCPA case against the agency, we will handle it based on a contingency fee and you won’t pay us a dime unless you win.

THAT’S NOT ALL…

We have helped thousands of consumers stop phone calls.  We know how to stop the harassment and get you money damages. Once again: you will not pay us a dime for our services. We will help you based on a fee-shift provision and/or contingency fee, and the debt collector will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs.

What if Regional Acceptance Corp is on My Credit Report?

Based on our experience, some debt collectors may credit-report, which means one may mark your credit report with the debt they are trying to collect. In addition to or instead of the debt collector, the original creditor may also be on your credit report in a separate entry, and it’s important to properly identify these entities because you will want both to update your credit report if or when you pay off the debt.

THE GOOD NEWS IS…

If Regional Acceptance Corp is on your credit report, we can help you dispute it. Mistakes on your credit report can be very costly: along with causing you to pay higher interest rates, you may be denied credit, insurance, a rental home, a loan, or even a job because of these mistakes. Some mistakes may include someone else’s information on your credit report, inaccurate public records, stale collection accounts, or even being a victim of identity theft. If you have a mistake on your credit report, there is a process to dispute it, and my office will help you obtain your credit report and dispute any inaccurate information.

REMEMBER…

If a credit reporting agency violates its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you may be entitled to statutory damages up to $1,000, and the credit reporting agency will be required to fix the error. The FCRA also has a fee-shift provision, which means the credit reporting agency will pay your attorneys’ fees and costs. You won’t owe us a dime for our services. We have helped hundreds of consumers fix inaccurate information on their credit reports, and we’re ready to help you, too.

Regional Acceptance Corp Settlement

If you want to settle a debt with Regional Acceptance Corp, ask yourself these questions first:

  1. Do I really owe this debt?
  2. Is this debt within the statute of limitations?
  3. Is this debt on my credit report?
  4. If I pay this debt, will Regional Acceptance Corp remove it from my credit report?
  5. If I pay this debt, will the third-party debt collector remove it from my credit report?
  6. If I pay this debt, will I receive written confirmation from Regional Acceptance Corp confirming the payment and settlement terms?

These are not the only things to consider when dealing with debt collectors. We are here to help you answer the questions above, and much more. Whether it’s harassment, settlement, pay-for-delete, or any other legal issue with Regional Acceptance Corp, we at Mike Agruss Law are here to help you.

Top Debt Collection Violations

Debt collection laws provided a laundry list of what collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt.  Based on our years of experience handling thousands of debt collection harassment cases, here’s what collection agencies most often to do to violate the law.

  1. Called you about a debt you do not owe.
  2. Called you at work after you told them you cannot receive calls at work.
  3. Left you a message without identifying the company’s name.
  4. Left you a message without disclosing that the call is from a debt collector.
  5. Called third parties (family, friends, coworkers, or neighbors) even though the collection agency knows your contact information.
  6. Disclosed to a third party (family, friends, coworkers, or neighbors) that you owe a debt.
  7. Contacted you after you said stop calling.
  8. Threatened you with legal action (such as a lawsuit or wage garnishment).
  9. Called you before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM.
  10. Continued to call you after you have told the collector you cannot pay the debt.
  11. Communicated (phone or letter) with you after you filed for bankruptcy.
  12. Failed to mark the debt on your credit report as disputed after you disputed the debt.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I have to pay your fees and costs for helping me with my consumer rights case? No. We handle consumer rights cases based on a fee-shift provision and/or a contingency fee. That means, either the other side pays your fees and costs, or we take a percentage of your recovery. Whether it’s a fee-shift case or a contingency-fee case, we don’t get paid unless you get paid, and you’ll never owe us a penny for our time.

  2. What are the damages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act? You can get $500 per robocall, or $1,500 per robocall if the robocalls were willful. In any type of settlement, oftentimes Defendants pay much less than $500 per call. However, if there are 50 calls at issue, even at $250 per call, your case could settle for $12,500.00.

  3. Are there state laws that protect me from original creditors? Yes! Several states also have laws that provide their citizens an additional layer of protection. For example, if you live in California, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin, you have additional state-law rights.

  4. What type of debt is covered under state laws that protect me from original creditors? Only consumer debt, such as personal, family, and household debts. For example, the money you owe on a personal credit card, an auto loan, a medical bill, or a utility bill. State laws usually do not cover debts you incurred to run a business, or debts regarding unpaid taxes, or traffic tickets.

  5. Does the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act apply to banks or credit card companies? No. Only third-party debt collectors are bound by the FDCPA. That is, original creditors, such as credit card companies and banks are not bound by the FDCPA.

  6. Are mistakes on credit reports common? Yes! Are you one of the 40 million Americans that have a mistake on their credit report? Mistakes on your credit report can be very costly. Along with causing you to pay higher interest rates, you may be denied credit, insurance, a rental home, a loan, or even a job because of these mistakes. Some mistakes may include someone else’s information on your credit report, inaccurate public records, stale collection accounts, or maybe you were a victim of identity theft.

  7. What do I do if I have a mistake on my credit report?  If you have a mistake on your credit report, there is a process to dispute them. My office will help you pull your credit report and dispute any inaccurate information. If a credit reporting agency violates its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), you may be entitled to statutory damages up to $1,000.00, plus the credit reporting agency will be required to fix the error. The FCRA also has a fee-shift provision. This means, the credit reporting agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. Therefore, you will not pay me a penny for my time. To speed up the process, please get a free copy of your credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com. Hi Shauntiquea', I am sorry to hear about this harassment. Both the inaccurate reporting of credit information and threatening phone calls may be violations of law and we can look into the situation further. Thanks, Mike.

I purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition from Car Hop who got me financed through Regional Acceptance Corp. From the beginning I was skeptical being that the dealer had cars for sale, but either didn't have the title or had some other odd reason to not sell the car i was interested. It was basically you can get into this car or nothing. Being pretty desperate for a vehicle I signed the deal. Regional Acceptance constantly harassed me if a payment was 1 day late, they repossessed the car with no notice and only 1 month of non payment. They employed a lawyer to try and settle the balance, which is still what the initial loan was dispute paying for over a year. They wanted way more than I could afford for a monthly payment and refused to compromise on any lesser payment. I could not afford the payment and have now received an Interrogatories to Judgement debtor. This company traps people who have no where else to turn and then makes there situation worse. Not sure of there is any thing that can be done but though I would try!

R.A.C. was sued by Consumer Protection Firm for TCPA calls and a settlement was reached to waive the deficiency balance. On 10/03/17 the case settled. HOWEVER on 12/01/2017 R.A.C. sent a deficiency notice and a demand letter (attempt to collect a debt) for a balance of 11,351.64. I would like to see if you can take the case and sue for FDCPA!

I am being called over and over by Regional Acceptance, multiple times a day. I have told them three times that they have the wrong number and to please stop calling. They call back hours later. They are asking to speak to somebody else. What can I do? I just keep telling them they have the wrong number, but I am getting irritated because they interrupt my day multiple times a day!

Sometime last week a sheriff approached my now ex girlfriends house with court papers stating that if we did not pay that they were threating to sue us for breach of contract. I just want to know whats the legality of such actions. Im living abroad so i dont have means of contact internationally at the moment so my email is best suited. My ex husband and I financed a car through Regional Acceptance Corporation. When we split up, he left me with the car and the $569 a month payment. I have paid it for as long as possible, but the car in question is starting to break down, and somehow after paying for four years, I still owe $14581 on a $24,000 loan. I cannot keep the payments up, so I need to do a voluntary surrender. I am terrified that I will be sued, but I don't have anything. What should I do?

I financed a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Regional Acceptance in January of 2019. Less than a week later, I was terminated from a job that I held for 6 years. Because of extenuating circumstances, in June of 2019, my husband had a mental health incident which resulted in domestic violence and having him committed to a mental health facility. I fell behind on my payment. Regional continued to call me every day, multiple times a day. Calls became demeaning and they demanded an explanation of why I fell behind...I finally explained the domestic violence incident. From that point on....every time they called me they would force me to go through the memory of that horrible night. When I finally asked a rep why they kept asking, when it should be documented on the account already, she replied with "Because we have to make sure your ridiculous story hasn't changed." The last straw was when another rep called me after 8pm one night and berated me to the point of tears. This rep asked me how old I am, when I told him he went on a tangent about how I need to be a responsible adult, "learn" to pay my bills on time, "don't buy things you can't afford", and "don't use excuses to get out of your financial responsibilities", he threatened that he could have someone at my door within an hour to repossess the vehicle, unless I made a payment arrangement with him for the full amount. I was in tears! My own parents never spoke to me so harshly! After 5 months of horrible phone calls and constantly having to remind them of WHY I could not pay...in January of 2020, I finally swallowed my pride and admitted to them that I could no longer afford the vehicle. I voluntarily surrendered early one morning, by that evening another rep called me, asking for payment. I told him that I had already self surrendered that morning. The rep laughed and told me I'm "stupid" and "we will ruin your life...just wait." At the end of the call he promised that "our lawyers will rape you for everything you've got, lady. Good luck." The next day a manager called me to question my decision. He told me I was lying about these phone calls, as there were no records or recordings on file. Disgusting company with horrible scare tactics.

My husband and I had a car financed in 2015 for 24000 he was killed in the car last inDecembet 2019 and RAC said we still on 19000 on the on the after insurance and Gap paid I still owed 5100 which while waiting for insurance to pay to pay they report late payment to credit to my credit report. Then they offered me a settlement of 3820 but it has to be paid in ten days and they can still report to credit bereaus as paid but not in in full and that I authorized and direct them to by law to retain any refunds of unearned charges for any ancillary products I may have purchased I connection with this account. I also asked for a complete history of my account and haven’t received it Please respond

I purchased a vehicle in 2017 at an outrageously high monthly payment of $900. My financial situation worsened even before COVID-19 struck and I’m still facing delinquency and difficulties making payments. I was offered a deferred payment until July but am still not sure I will be able to make the payments. The car with a trade in and loan was over $42000....Amy payoff now is about $40000, and the KBB value is less than $18000. I wrote an email requesting consideration for alternate finance solutions to even include a voluntary vehicle surrender. I am providing the text of that communication below, but I desperately need advice and assistance on how to best proceed. Good afternoon. I am writing out of fear and concern for the future of my automobile loan associated with the account indicated in the Subject line of this email. It is for a 2017/Buick Lacrosse. First of all I am grateful for the payment extension I was approved for, and yes this is an awesome opportunity. My further concern is maintaining the high monthly payments even after the pandemic subsides. I am sure you can see that I was having difficulties making regular payments prior to the pandemic. With my employment future uncertain, I would like to explore any future resources to enable me to continue making scheduled payments. Are there any interest rate reduction programs or loan restructuring programs currently available? Also as a last ditch effort, what are the procedures and ramifications of a voluntary vehicle surrender if the market doesn’t improve in the near term? I appreciate any assistance, advice, or options available in this matter. I am closing with my contact information below, and thank you in advance for your attention in this request. Sincerely, Antonio

My mother night CO signed a vehicle financed with regional acceptance. The car dealership sonus warranties with the vehicle and sold us a vehicle but it with salvage title. We ended up voluntarily surrendering. We were the prevailing party proving that The car dealership committed fraud. Regional still thinks we are obligated to pay them when they took the car don't know what they did with the car and still says we O 25000 of thousands of dollars.

Hello - my husband leased a car, solely under his name. Because if his poor credit, when it came time to renew the lease he had to go thru Regional. Well, he died less than a year later. I don’t drive, as my eyesight is so poor, unfortunately. After Ron died, my income cut in half. I moved into a low rent senior apartment. I can barely afford food much less than this horrendous monthly payment. Will they make me pay, even if my name is nowhere on this lease, contract?? Thank you

I financed a 2013 Nissan Versa in 2014 with a high interest rate. I been making payments and I lost my job mid 2015 they gave me an extension as I found another job. Then I had the car till 2019 when Covid hit and lost my job again I paid over$18000 for a car that’s just worth $3000. So I called for a voluntary repo as I couldn’t afford the payments. Now they send me a letter to sue me for $10000 when I paid over $18000 and repo the vehicle voluntarily.

Hi Jelishe. Your cousin using your name and social security number is considered identity theft. Have you filed a police report against them? Have you filed a report of theft with the FTC and alerted the credit bureaus of a fraud alert? While it is always difficult to have your identity stolen, it is even worse when it is someone in your own family. I would like to talk with you about this and what you should do to get this unfortunate situation resolved. 312-224-4695 Please call me and we can discuss your options. Thanks, Mike

Hi Mary-Em. I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, you have my condolences. After the passing of a spouse, debts are usually handled in probate. Depending on what state you're in, the car may be considered community property. If you're not located in a community property state, you would not typically be on the hook for the vehicle provided you are not anywhere on the contract or lease. I would need to discuss this with you further and will give you a call to determine what state you are in and what laws apply to you. Thanks, Mike

Hi Julie. Voluntary repossession isn't always the answer and can affect your credit as much as a typical repossession. You do have the right to stop the phone calls, including informing them verbally that you want them to stop calling and sending a certified cease and desist letter. If they continue to call, they may be violating the law. I would like to talk with you about how to get the calls stopped and how to deal with this situation so your credit report does not suffer further. I'll reach out to you or you can call me at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike

Hi Tammy. Have you asked for a written breakdown of where your payments to Regional Acceptance Corporation had gone towards the loan? It sounds like they have been applying the payments solely towards the interest and not towards the principle. I will call you to determine what options you have in fighting this. Thanks, Mike

Hello Rebecca. Let me first apologize for the absolutely horrific conduct of Regional Acceptance Corporation. The things they said to you are definitely not permitted under the law and would be seen as harassment. You may have a legal case against them, including compensation. I want to talk more with you and see if I can help you. I will call you and we can talk or you can reach me sooner at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike

Hi Sarah. If Regional Acceptance Corporation is calling you during work hours and you've told them the cannot, they are violating the law. Do you have your contract with them so I can review the terms of your agreement? I can definitely understand being frustrated when it seems like you've made headway, only to find out you still owe just as much. Please send over any paperwork you have to my office at [email protected]. I will look it over and contact you about your possible options. Thanks, Mike

Me and my husband purchased a vehicle in 2016 for $17,000 and have been making payments of $449 monthly, we were late on payments a couple of times and Regional gave us an extension while interest piles up. Here it is 2021 and we still owe $15,200. This is ridiculous in what we owe and they stated majority is going towards interest especially if you fall behind too. Also, I ask them how much have I paid since 2016, they stated I have paid $18,000. There has to be some limitation. It would take me another 6 years to pay them off. I discuss with then about voluntary repossession and they stated they could possibly sue me for the remaining balance. The car is only worth $1500 because it needs a transmission. I've had problems with this car since I bought it and they a mechanic told this car was involved in a accident. The car salesman didn't mention to me about this car being in a accident prior to purchasing. Me and my husband are screwed ultimately. I wish they would settle out of court to pay smaller amount. Is there any hope or options for our situation?

Hi Carla. Do you have the contract with Regional Acceptance Corporation that you signed in 2016? I would like to look it over and determine if you are the victim of a predatory loan. I would also like to speak with you about this situation further and we can determine if you have options in dealing with the vehicle and the loan. If you can send over the loan papers to my office at [email protected], I will look them over and give you a call. Thanks, Mike

I had totaled my car in August and in the process of my insurance company paying the car off as a total loss the payment due date passed. Even though the payoff amount had already been agreed upon and issued when received they processed the wrong amount so it showed there was still money owed. I started receiving multiple calls harassing me for payment. I tried to explain that it was a total loss and paid by my insurance and they didn't take that as an answer. At the time my insurance was working on it I tried to contact RAC and not one person ever called me back or returned my email requests. I later received the payment extension denial I think over a month later and by then the calls had already started. Multiple in a day and I even contacted my insurance and they said they already had my pink slip and RAC doesn't even own the car anymore so for me not to pay anything. Now they have cause a huge hit on my credit by reporting me as 30 days past due. I of course submitted a dispute in writing but I assume they will not correct it as I have again not heard a word for over a month now.

Bought a car financed through regional in jan 2021 pay $938 a month. The original loan was $41k here we are almost 2 years later and 18k in and owe more than when we bought it. We are military and I have moved due to military so my pay is now much less due to cost of living and I can’t afford $1000 a month but can’t trade it in because it’s so upside down. I do not want a repo on our credit as we just bought a house and are trying to get our credit better but this payment is killing me and there is no way payoff will be 2027 like the contract says as we still owe over 42k. Please advise.

I used Regional Acceptance for my car loan about 4 years ago. When I totaled my car I had purchased the extra insurance on the vehicle. That is anything happened like that the difference would be paid off. The accident took place in April 2018 before I had to make my car payment for that month. When Regional Acceptance gave the payoff quote to the insurance company they never included Aprils car payment. I have been stubborn and pigheaded and just allowed it to sit on my credit report, because I refused to pay them. I am currently trying to get a mortgage and the bank is telling me that I need to pay of the derogatory item. As I was searching for their phone number I came across the article regarding the lawsuits against Regional Acceptance. I am not sure what to do because the mortgage is time sensitive, but I really do not want to pay them as they should have included that April carpayment in the payoff quote. I no longer have that phone but I can tell you that the nonstop phone calls occurred and they would not take ownership taht they messed up.

During the fiscal year of covid, I spoke with a representative about my account. Monies were sent; however not applied. I had to contact my bank to retrieve the information and finally received it. Long story short there was not a balance; however, three years later my vehicle was repossessed and the gentlemen could not justify why. I contacted them on numerous occasions . No response back, and I have taxed them as well. I would like to retrieve my vehicle back. I need assistance. if anything is owed is 800 dollars the most because of the interest.

I bought a vehicle with RAC in February of this year I recently called them to see if there were options to help me out. I reached out to dealership to discuss returning the vehicle for something else because the way this vehicle sits so low is causing me bad nerve pain from a kidney removal surgery 7 years ago. The dealership contact person said he was on a teams call and that he would call me back at 1:00pm that was last Friday ? RAC says that I can sell it to Carvana , or voluntary surrender ? I now realize this company engages in predatory lending. I owe 27,000 on this vehicle when I stated the loan it has not moved. My Physician wrote a note to back up my condition I cant keep the vehicle it is affecting my health ? I am preparing for a right any suggestions on how to best deal with situation thank you in advance

I financed my car through this company in 2020, made payments for the past 3 and a half years that have all gone towards interest and fees. The times I was late the day of or even day after I would get calls back to back, robo calls, when I picked up it would ring then connect to an agent who was highly unprofessional and rude to me stating I had to pay now amounts larger that what I owed, and if not I\'d get repo\'d. I even had someone tell me they would wait on the phone until I got off work to go to the bank for me to deposit the funds in order to pay. When I said I couldnt agree and had to work without the continued call she again threatened me. I did call back to pay. I\'ve had calls back to back starting at 5 AM repeatedly until I awnsered hours later. Only the day of payment due. And NOW.... After facing financial hardship, while getting a new job I fell behind about a month or so in payments which they did not call me for this period at all, and reposessed my car and refuse to work with me and did not notify me. I thought my car had been stolen. Now not even 10 days later, I got mail saying it will be sold a week from now unless I pay off the entirety of the loan. Which is not much less then when I got the car because none of my payments have gone to the principal balance. I need my car to make money to pay them. I can\'t get a loan because of the credit I have since financing with them. I need a car to get my kid to school. I care for my grandfather that is 80 with alzheimers who frequently has to go to the hospital and doctors appointments and grandmother needing groceries and medicine for them... My car is my lively hood. Please call me, Mike. Thank you

I bought a car in 2015 from Midway dodge for $26879.93 my interest rate was 18.95% the car should have cost me $46258.48. Payments of $628.59 a month for 72 months. Now I have financial difficulties in the last 8 years and do admit with getting extensions and late payment for the last 8 years of paying for my car. I even filed bankruptcy 2. However I still may paid $51948.36 to Regional in the last 8 years, of that $51948.36 only $9520.76 went to the principal of the car, $31733.34 went straight to interest and $4870.42 went for late and other fees. Now they are stating I still over $19000 still on the car. That would mean I paying almost $71000 for a $30000 car that is only worth $5000. attached are all the documents. This car should be paid in full. Please help. This company took all the money for interest and never paid anything for my car. Even making a $1214 payment after bankruptcy on 08-31-23 it went all to the interest. The co

They keep calling me and leaving robo voicemails, sometimes multiple times a day. They call so often my phone screens them as spam. I cant even send them an email to ask them to stop. They literally drove my husband into a suicide attempt. I have absolutely no desire to speak to anyone from that god awful company, If I\'d known they were the ones to approve our auto loan I would have left the car at the dealership.
