Sallie Mae has refused to work with me on my student loans. I am having financial difficulties at the moment. Instead of giving me an option, they have continued to harass me. I keep receiving calls from them at work. Everytime they call, I am always left in tears. I have asked them to stop calling me but they have not listened to any of my requests.
