Sallie Mae is the worst company I have ever encountered. I have a private smart option loan so it means I can’t ever change my payment scheme under any circumstance. I am having a hard time fixing my finances at the moment and my only option was to default on my loans for three months. Because of Sallie Mae’s negligence, I have lost the 2% discount on one of my student loans. I vow to settle all my debts with Sallie Mae so I won’t have to give them money anymore.
