I owe Capital One Bank 1,498 dollars. Shermeta first started calling on my cell. Now I keep getting calls from an unknown caller I believe these are robocalls from Shermeta. They also call my home phone and on 1/15/17 I came home to a process server trespassing inside my apartment complex.

This shermeta law group trying to collect a dept that was settled and filed in court last year. The dept was from midland and I have the paper work that says it was discharged I just don't want my check garnished for a debt I settled!

So I was contacted by Shermta law group back on March 13, 2018, about two student loans that I have. They sent a letter telling me that I have within 30 days to call and make some sort of settlement. I called and made an arrangement to pay 225 the 28th of each month and missed one payment which was last month and now they are threatening to sue me!
