I had a car repossessed about 17 - 20 years ago. I thought SOL had me covered. Then they call asking for 490.00 to stop the calls, but now say that since we paid them the SOL is starting all over again. Can they sue me for 31,000.00 on a car 1995 Ford Explorer that they took out of my drive way . Now they want a fresh start on SOL to go after us for the car that was taken in 1997. It's almost been 20 years ago. Can you help. Thank You, Mark Battaglini

I had a car repossessed 20 years ago . Asset recovery got me to pay 490.00 They said it would stop any judgement. Now my SOL is starting all over again. Can you help. This happened almost 20 years ago and they say they will sue for 31,000.00 if I don't pay them 3000.00 I feel like I was tricked into being safe and now it's starts all over again
