Is CAB Asset Management harassing you over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get Money. And you won’t pay us a dime for our services. Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

CAB Asset Management is a collection agency that has been in business since 2009. CAB Asset Management is headquartered in Towson, Maryland, and has a staff of twenty. CAB Asset Management collects debt in the following businesses: banking and financial companies, and legal firms.

According to its website, CAB Asset Management “offers access to a national legal network that can file civil suits in most states and have excellent SUCCESS and recovery rates,” which does not ensure compliance with the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), CAB Asset Management has been sued 16 times since its founding three years ago, for debt collection harassment. CAB Asset Management is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which has received a dozen complaints on the company in its limited lifespan.

CAB Asset Management has several telephone numbers it places debt collection calls from. CAB Asset Management may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 877-569-4713, 314-261-5725, 877-663-0115, 866-650-1858, 410-663-5509, 317-660-4739, 321-250-7019, 877-569-4714, 410-663-5500, 410-663-5515, 877-889-2024

If CAB Asset Management has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop CAB Asset Management once and for all.

This company calls my wife and I many times a day, even after my wife asked them to not call her phone if they won't going to give her any information. They don't send me anything in the mail ever or anything else, I don't even know what they are trying to contact me for

Hi James, Once you tell a collection to stop call you, they have to stop calling. If your wife told CAB Asset Management to stop calling and they continue to call, CAB Asset Management has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). Plus, under the FDCPA, CAB Asset Management must send you something in writing regarding the debt. I will call you so we may further discuss your options. At the very least, let's get CAB Asset Management off of your back. Thanks, Mike.

Just looking for actions against cab collection. They placed negative information on my credit report without contacting me or validating debt which I had no knowledge of owing. Do not respond to letters. Well I do not know much except in reviewing credit report I saw negative information and contacted them. They sent print out saying my debt. I was not given right to dispute or resolve prior to information being reported. It is a 100 medical lab bill I did not know I owed!
