Is Capio Partners harassing you over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get Money. And you won’t pay us a dime for our services. Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Capio Partners is a collection agency that has been in business since 2000, and also operates under the name Crown Holdings LLC. Capio Partners is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. Capio Partners is a full-service collection agency, which collects debt for the health care industry.

According to Capio Partners’ website, “Capio’s vision is simple: to increase cash and collections for large hospitals and entire health systems in a manner that strictly adheres to compliance standards while always working to maintain positive community relations vital to provider organizations.” According to its track record Capio Partners collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Capio Partners has been sued 33 times in the last 3 years for debt collection harassment.

Capio Partners has several telephone numbers it places debt collection calls from. Capio Partners may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 813-413-5175, 440-290-4392, 888-876-2817, 786 444 7990, 888-876-2814

If Capio Partners has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop Capio Partners once and for all.

we receive phone calls, no message left on answering machine for several weeks. We just received 1/21/15, Wednesday, a written notice of 'collections for a 12/2012 debt. we're pretty sure most of our ongoing medical bills are sent to Revenue Group & this was one of them. I'm waiting tohear from my customer service RG group .

Hi Renee, is Capio Partners calling you on your cell phone? I recently helped a consumer who was receiving collection calls on her cell phone from Capio Partners regarding a medical debt, too. You have rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") if Capio Partners is calling you on your cell phone. Under the TCPA, Capio cannot call your cell phone using a autodialer unless they have your permission. Damages in TCPA cases are $500 per call. Let me know if you would like to discuss this further. I can also help you find out who the original creditor is and how much money is owed. Thanks.

Capio Partners collected four payments from me for three bills for the company Rural Metro. Rural Metro is now sending me a bill for another bill. Casio not only lied about how many accounts there actually were they charged me four times well over the amount originally owed.

They sent me a settlement letter. It had a deadline to pay of course I didn't have the money the. I paid the amount the wanted. Then the girl said. Oh but wait. You still owe money. I said no I paid the amount you requested to clear the debt. She said she can't remove it off my credit report until paid in full!

Female called on 10/22/2018 @ 11:00AM she knew my name and birthday I did not confirm her information because I felt a scam immediately. She would not tell me her name or company she was with, only that she had some business to discuss with me. After hearing that a second time I hung up. Called them today 10/23/2018 and a man named Eric answered and he identified the company as Caprio but he would not confirm that it was a collection agency. The number they called from was from Jacksonville, FL (904) 685-6465. I own a cell phone.
