Just getting phone calls from these companies looking for my mother through my father through my cell phone when neither are connected to my cell phone. My parents have been divorced for 25 years and these people seem to have her home address and my phone number is linked to me, very publicly through my job, yet I am starting to get calls again for my mother for whatever reason these debt collectors are after her for. I am process server and have been running my own company for 14 years under this phone number, so I have no idea why they are calling my phone asking for my father in connection with trying to reach my mother. Neither of my parents are connected to my phone number at all. I can give the number but do not want to tie up a lawyer's time with a frivolous matter and cannot afford their rates, but the phone number is 321-795-3962. alright well just tell them I wanted to let someone know that the company, refusing to identify their intent for calling contacted me from phone 215-526-2600 which is why I found this article of this company continuously calling people and using horrific skip trace information. In order to ask for my father to ask about my mother, which neither have a connection to my cell/business phone, while they are using it to contact on and had no idea that it belonged to me!

I received a 1099-c from Equable Ascent Financial for a cancellation of sent. i have never, ever received anything from them about any debt. they are claiming its from capital one nat. assc., which i have disputed an appx 18,000 debt from FOUR different debt collectors, and none have ever responded to my validation requests from 2010-2012. The other collectors who necer validated this supposed debt were. Viking Collection Service Inc, Redline Recovery Services, LLC, NCO Financial Syetems, Inc and Northstar Location Services, LLC from 2010-2012. now ill have to report 18,000 'income' to the irs on a debt they have never contacted me about, nor has anyone validated. it's very tight, I just wanted to see what help I might be able to get from you guys. I can send copies of the letters I wrote to the 4 companies, and I believe I have the registered mail receipts. I'll have to dig them up. I had assumed this was a done deal. I have to tell you this is scary!

Equable Ascent got a judgment against me without me knowing it. Their attorney said the paperwork was sent but I never received anything. And I get SSDI. The attorney said they got 79 dollars on the fourth of this month from my account and something about a third party!
