I got a call yesterday from Genesis FInancial telling me i had an hour and a half to pay an ammount I owe a gym. SHe threthened me telling me if I dint pay i would have my credit damaged tomorow amd i would owe even more money. The lady dint give me the name of the agency or hers when she called i had to ask. I called from another number and they wouldnt identify themselves. SHe dint give me any options i asked to be contacted by mail and not called again because they were invading privacy and harrasing. TOday the called me two times and they called my parents. I would like to know why I can do about this?

I can stop the harassment by Genesis Financial. Genesis Financial cannot demand payment within 90 minutes "or else." Same here! I I also got a call yesterday from Genesis FInancial telling (at 2:00pm) me I had until 4:00pm to pay an ammount I owe a gym. She threthened me telling me if I dint pay i would have my credit damaged and my license revoked. And that only debit cards and credit cards are allowed as a form as payment calling the legal department at 787-945-7571.
Per Creditor Remington Rehab Center Richardson TX for Date of Srvs. 12-1-2011 to 12-10-2011 was there for Rehab on total knee replacement. United Health Care Paid Creditor. However the are unable to Validate the debt per last collection agency. Last Collection Agency stated on 9-9-2016 that Remington Rehab has recalled the account. To this date I spoke with United Health Care Total Balance is in correct and should have never been entered on credit reports. This is now were the fun begins Remington Rehab Center has now assigned the account to Genesis Financial for Collections. My Insurance Carrier can't get either to cooperate or validate the debt.Both state it will be entered on credit reports for another 7 yrs. Can you help me? Thanks

I have the same experience as the comments on top but, the name changes a bit. The company name is genesis national recovery. Are the same company? They just called me to tell me I have a debt that I have to pay immediate or they are going to take me to court and make me pay like a 5k. It is weird because i took a medical paper to the gym and they said i should not have any problem till i can come back. The gym staff told not to pay because its not them. They said is from a personal trainer who work in the gym but not with their company. The agency are asking me to pay on behalf the gym name.
I'm actually just reading your page right now. Iv had quite a bit of harassment from Genesis credit beau and I'm not appreciative of the treatment I have been getting from them. I owe a debt of roughtly 2,100 dollars for breaking a lease. It was a part of my rental contract that if I broke the lease I would pay a bunch of fees. This woman with the last name "Cook" has called several times with harassing remarks. I have repeatedly told her I don't need a recite or proof that i'm on a payment plan. I have no intentions of moving from my current residence. I just want to build my credit report so my fiance and I can buy a house in the near future. She wont put me on a payment less than 265 a month, wont report to the credit Beau unless my debts paid in full, and its occurring interest at 12% annually. I now owe 3200 after there fees and interest on top of my original principle balance. I have had 5 or 6 rude phone calls from this woman in the past 3 weeks with just rude, snobby behavior and remarks!
they called and said they could call as many times as they wanted until the debt was paid!

Hi I'm receiving calls from Genesys international and they are claiming that I have a debt with HCOA gym and they are suing me I already paid the year of the contract of the membership. And they said I have a debt of 560.83 and they only accept credit card as payment I ask for a copy of the contract or evidence of the debt and they don't want to!

They keep calling every day using the number (787) 945-7571 harassing even calling my mother, They don't even identify themselves when they call. They call saying that I have a debt from HCOA Fitness. When asked to send me paper work they said they only use phone.
