MCB Collection Services is has been in business since 1960. MCB Collection Services is headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida. MCB Collection Services is a full service collection agency that uses skip-tracing technology to find delinquent accounts; it also operates under the name CCP& MCB Collection Services.

According to its website, MCB Collection Services claims, “We guarantee all accounts are worked regardless of the dollar amount or location.” However, according to its track record, MCB Collection Services’ collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

MCB Collection Services may be calling you from the following telephone number: 800-853-5859

If MCB Collection Services has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop MCB Collection Services once and for all.

Hi Ashley, Thanks for leaving your website comment that you're having issues with MCB Collection Services. I will call you so we can further discuss it over the phone. If MCB Collection Services harassed you over a debt, you are entitled to money damages under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). The FDCPA is a federal law that protects consumers harassed by debt collectors. If MCB Collection Services violated the FDCPA, you are entitled to money damages, plus MCB Collection Services has to pay my attorney's fees and costs. You won't owe me a dime. Thanks, and I look forward to helping you.

Hi, I am concerned about a possible scam from mcb advisors They are trying to collect a debt but when I google the number they called me from it comes up as spam and doesn't take me to a website... It's +1 (414) 909-7915 I have an account that canceled in 2013, at first a company in Wyoming was calling, then this company called and was rude, threatening and had a harassing tone ... He said since this was a commercial account I wasn't protected by the normal rules of debt collecting He knew personal info about the account and about me, so I just want to find a way to make sure the company is legit!

I just received a letter in the mail from MCB debt collectors in Augusta, Georgia. It is in reference to a utility bill account from 2012, saying i owe a debt, plus interest on an account with Jefferson Energy Cooperation. I have never been told of a debt collector collecting interest on debt owed. Also, I do not owe a debt to Jefferson Energy, the last bill received from them, was paid, plus, the time frame of the bill, i was not living at the residence. They are threatening to have me summoned in magistrate court and to pay fines and court fees. I am a single mother and I would to know What should i do? They also attached, what appears to be paid copies of billing statements from Jefferson energy. The statement copies are sketchy and barely readable, looks as if they may have found them online and copied them. Please advise, thanks
