Is Mirand Response Systems harassing you over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get Money. And you won’t pay us a dime for our services. Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Mirand Response Systems is a collection agency that has been in business since 2006. Mirand Response Systems is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has a call center in Kingston, Jamaica. Mirand Response Systems is a full-service collection agency, which uses various software programs to trace people and gather information on them.

According to its website, Mirand Response Systems claims, “We are a debt collection agency that will help your business profit by recovering bad debt on your behalf. We have a reputation for professional, effective and successful activity in the line of debt recovery.” However, according to its track record, Mirand Response Systems’ collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Mirand Response Systems has been sued five times in the last two years for debt collection harassment. The Better Business Bureau has rated Mirand Response Systems an F, for failing to respond to any complaints against it (and there were ten complaints in the last three years, just on billing and collections issues).

Mirand Response Systems has several telephone numbers it places debt collection calls from. Mirand Response Systems may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 888-317-9490, 866-790-5214, 567-210-0201, 312-768-5603

If Mirand Response Systems has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop Mirand Response Systems once and for all.

This number calls my phone multiple times a day, practically every day. I never answer the call and it is extremely annoying. I do not know if they are trying to contact me or if they are trying to contact this other person I keep getting calls for.

I have had 2 payments of 81.27 debited from my account through Mirand. I'm on unemployment. I've called no answer. I've e-mailed no reponse.. I just found this site and I have no phone service to contact my bank to get the money back. all I know Is I'm on unemployment have a disabled child and I'm scared. I was sent a letter on professional letter head stating that they were collecting on a back payday loan of mine and set up payment arrangements. they had already had my checking account information and informed me as of 5/1 the money wound be debited fro my account. just that they scammed a mother of 7 with 2 disabled boys and because of that money being taken couple days ago I lost my phone service and hoping to keep my electric on!

I just received a telephone call from (717)265-9647 Mirand response. The telephone call came in at 1:47 PM and when I picked up the phone there was no one there. Several years ago I had a legal action against Franklin Credit management group. We won the case and they paid me for the harassment. I can't remember who represented me but they did an outstanding job. The debt they were trying to collect on was well over twenty years old and I'm afraid they may have sold the debt to Mirand response. What should be my course of action. This is the first time they've made contact. I'm not sure if it was a wrong number or if they were checking my phone line!
